IRND filters, as you might have imagined, are both infrared and neutral density.  

Digital sensors are sensitive to infrared light pollution. Infrared light can change contrast and cause unwanted color shifts. IR filters are used to block infrared light from hitting the sensor and avoid these issues. 

This 4×5 IRND Filter set rental can be picked up locally in Los Angeles or shipped nationwide for additional fees.
