Stage Insurance Policy Application

Stage rental and production clients are responsible for insuring our stage and any equipment rented from us and are liable for any loss or damage to the this equipment or to our stage spaces other than normal wear and tear.

A valid insurance is required to rent stages from Stray Angel Films. You may obtain a policy easily online using the link below.

To better process your stage rental order, please mail, fax, or email your certificate of insurance as soon as possible, preferably at least two (2) days before your actual rental date.

Your original certificate of insurance, faxed or emailed copy must be received no later than 12PM PST the day of the rental for proper verification. It is necessary that your certificate of insurance listing the “Insured” company or individual correspond with the same company or individual on the Stray Angel Films Rental Agreement.

Rental Clients must provide:

  • A Certificate of Insurance naming Stray Angel Films as the Certificate Holder, with a $1,000,000 General Liability policy and as Additional Insured and Loss Payee for Miscellaneous Rented Equipment.
  • The policy expiration date must not be earlier than seven (7) business days after your complete rental package return date.
  • Rentals may require a credit card or cashier’s check deposit. This deposit amount is based on your insurance deductible listed on your Certificate of Insurance under the miscellaneous and/or rented equipment section. This amount is only a Hold Authorization on your credit card, not an actual charge.
  • Stray Angel Films only accepts credit cards, debit cards, cashier’s checks, or cash for rental deposits.
